How do I change my reservation?
You must wait until you receive your official confirmation number from the hotel, then contact the hotel directly. Their number is provided in the confirmation email.
How do I cancel an existing reservation?
You must wait until you receive your official confirmation number from the hotel, then contact the hotel directly. Their number is provided in the confirmation email. However, in general, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival or be charged the first night's room rate. The room deposit, if any, in nonrefundable.
What is the nature of a charge on my credit card?
If it's in increments of $5 this is a per night room deposit that is deducted from the room rate quoted.
How do I get my deposit refunded?
As outlined when reservations are made, deposits are nonrefundable. We must do so to insure our discounted rates.
How do I get detailed information about property?
When you see a list of hotel, either click on the hotel name or on "more info". If you require additional information you will need to call the hotel directly.
Are the rates listed online the same rates quoted if you call the Call Center?
Yes, the rates and deposit policies are the same.
How do I know that I have a reservation?
Immediately upon booking, you should receive a verification email with a web tracking number. You will also receive a confirmation number from the hotel within 2 business days.
When can I expect to receive my confirmation?
Within 2 business days, via email.
